I started working for The Myton Hospices in July 2016, as a community fundraiser – collection tin coordinator.

In my role I am responsible for a large number of collection tins out in the community, as well as collecting the money I also try and get new tins placed in local businesses. I was recently successful in becoming the new Community Fundraiser so I am now getting more involved in supporting individuals, groups and businesses who organise their own events in aid of Myton and support them as best I can.

I really enjoy being a face of Myton, meeting new people and building relationships. No day is the same, it is a very varied role working in a motivated and happy team where we meet a wide variety of people which is fantastic.
