Ruth started as the Director of Income Generation and Marketing for The Myton Hospices in 2006.
Ruth’s Fundraising career began as a Community Fundraiser in 1985 and although the role was meant to be a ‘stop gap’ she went on to develop a career in Fundraising management and marketing that prior to joining Myton culminated in the role of National Head of Partnerships for Barnardo’s .
Ruth previously led the Myton Income Generation teams; Community Fundraising, Events , Corporate Partnerships, Individual Giving, Trusts, Legacies, Retail and Lottery.
In January 2016 Ruth was appointed Chief Executive Officer of The Myton Hospices.
