Carmel, is an academic and a trained mediator. Her academic interests include decision making especially around large projects.  She worked in corporate finance and investment and as a strategy consultant and was involved in a number of major change projects.

She has been a board member in both the commercial and charity sectors. She is honoured to be a part of Myton’s team. When not doing work things, she likes to go Nordic Walking!
