My name is Sophie Wardle, I’m a Events Fundraiser at The Myton Hospices.

I help bring Myton Events to life by planning and organising both Myton-led and challenge events. My focus is on ensuring every participant feels supported, valued, and inspired – from registration to the finish line. I work closely with our community to create memorable experiences that not only raise vital funds but also spread awareness of the incredible work The Myton Hospices does. I’m passionate about helping people make a meaningful difference, all while having an amazing time doing it.

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is seeing an event come together after months of planning and watching everyone taking part, having a great time while supporting such an important cause. I also love meeting so many incredible individuals who are passionate about making a difference for The Myton Hospices. It’s a real privilege to work alongside them and help create events that are not only fun and memorable but also make a lasting impact.

Outside of work I enjoy painting, singing and reading!
